Background of BaliaDangi Upazila

In some places, in some places in the Baliaadangi Upazila naturally soil is found, but most of the soil is inlaid with the word 'Baliadangi' in nature, in the literal analysis of the word Balia, ie Bali and Dangi. Baliadangi Mauja is relatively higher than other villages of the upazila. The name of the mausoleum is considered to be Baliadangi due to excessive sand. The Baliadangi thana was established in Baliadangi Mauza, after the name of the mausoleum, the name of the police station was called Baliadangi. In 1983 Baliadangi Thana was converted into Baliaadangi upazila.
